From the President’s Desk: September 24, 2005
A note to all of our families, friends, and clients:
We are now three weeks past the worst disaster our community has faced in recent times, and in our opinion, the worst disaster that our country has seen in a generation. The toll on our community will not be fully realized for quite some time. As our concern for the safety and well being of our families, staff and friends has been satisfied with reports of their safe evacuations, we must now return to our beloved city and begin the process of rebuilding our homes, businesses and lives.
While Hall Piano Co was spared the wrath of hurricane Katrina’s destructive winds and water, we know that many of our friends homes and businesses were not so fortunate. We feel blessed that, with the exception of a few minor inconveniences, Hall Piano Co will be fully operational beginning September 19th, 2005 to serve our existing clients and our community.
It will take time, but we are committed to our community and vow to do our part in restoring the quality of life that we all cherished so much.
To our partners in the arts and educational community: We are here for you and are determined to see the arts flourish once again in our community. Our resources will be made available to you on a priority basis to assist you in resuming your normal schedules as soon as possible.
To our existing clients: We ask that you allow us to continue to service your piano needs. If your piano was damaged, we offer an array of options to restore or replace your instrument and will offer special financing options to help until insurance claims can be settled. For our Rental Clients, please click here for information about your account. For our clients with installment plan accounts, please click here for information about your account.
To our prospective clients: We will continue the fine tradition of offering the states largest selection of pianos from the finest manufactures with the world class follow up service that our community has come to expect from Hall Piano Co.
To every church or house of worship impacted by Katrina: We are proud to announce the availability of the assistance program from the Steinway & Sons sponsored Boston Piano Company’s Religious Trust. This special program will assist any church or religious organization with funds necessary for fulfilling the down payment on a replacement piano for your main sanctuary, choir rooms, or other areas where a piano was damaged. If you know of a congregation that may qualify for a grant, please contact John Haegney of the Boston Religious Trust at (727) 942-2718, or contact me at the phone numbers below or at this special email address: HallPianoBostonTrust@hallpiano.com
We are proud to direct you to the official press release regarding the Boston Piano Company’s relief efforts for churches and houses of worship impacted by hurricane Katrina.
We commit to you our honesty, integrity, continuity, and personal service. If I can assist you personally, please contact me directly either via email, steve@hallpiano.com, or via phone at 504-733-8863, or 800-527-9480.
Best wishes and kindest regards,
