Hall Piano Company is pleased to announce that a selection committee representing  Louisiana State University traveled recently to the Steinway Factory in Long Island City, New York.  The purpose of the trip was to select a Model D concert grand for the Music Department.
 

Whilst in New York, members of the selection committee were invited to tour the production center for Steinway & Sons. Participants of the tour were treated to one of the most memorable experiences available in the music industry, witnessing the birth of a new concert grand in the rim bending department.
