Hall Piano Company Announces 2006 New Orleans International Piano Competition Winners
Hall Piano Company, proud sponsor of the 2006 New Orleans International Piano Competition, is pleased to report the results of the final competition round.
On July 30, the following prizes were awarded at the Awards Ceremony after the Final Round of the 2006 New Orleans International Piano Competition:
First Prize: Dustin Gledhill, United States
Second Prize: Chetan Tierra, United States
Third Prize: Dmitri Levkovich, Canada
Audience Favorite Prize: Jun Asai, United States
During the competition, Steinway Pianos were exclusively used complements of
Hall Piano Company, Loyola University, and Steinway and Sons of New York’s
concert and artist division. Hall Piano Company and the Steinway Society of New
Orleans also sponsored
