Lo-An Lin

Lo-An Lin has appeared in recitals in the Seoul National Arts Center, National Recital Hall in Taiwan, Kennedy Center, and Steinway Hall. Ms. Lin has soloed with the Queensland Orchestra, the Glenn Gould School Orchestra, San Francisco Conservatory Orchestra, Interlochen Arts Academy Orchestra, the Eastern Music Festival Orchestra, and the San Antonio Symphony.

Ms. Lin is the First Prize winner and the Baroque Performance Prize at the 2012 San Antonio International Piano Competition. Other competitions highlights include 1st prize at the National MTNA Piano Competition, 1st prize at Lev Vlassenko Piano Competition in Australia, 3rd prize at Corpus Christi International Piano Competition and 2nd prize at Kosciuszko Chopin Piano Competition.

She received degrees from the Eastman School of Music and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. She has just completed the Artist Diploma at the Yale School of Music studying with Mr. Hung-Kuan Chen, and will begin her DMA study at the Eastman School of Music this fall studying with Ms. Nelita True. She enjoys reading, watching films, and running.
