Yejin Noh, South Korea

Yejin Noh was born in Seoul, South Korea. She received Bachelor’s degree at Seoul National University with Hee-Sung Joo. She obtained Artist’s Diploma and Master’s Degree at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University with Menahem Pressler and Arnaldo Cohen.

She has received international prizes from Washington International Piano Competiton (USA, 2011), San Antonio (USA, 2012), Wideman (USA, 2012), Southern Highlands (Australia, 2013) and Takamatsu (Japan, 2014) and FVG Interionational Competition (Italy, 2016).

Yejin has appeared in recitals and as soloist, including appearances with Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra (2012), Shreveport Symphony Orchestra (2012), Indiana University Symphony Orchestra (2012), Royal Chamber Orchestra of Wallonia (2013), Seto Philharmonic Orchestra (2014) and Bacau Philharmonic Orchestra (2016). Recently, she invited to have solo recitals in Takamatsu, Japan in February, 2016, San Antonio, USA in February, 2015 and Portland, Bend, Beaverton, USA in June, 2015.

Yejin is currently studying with Hee-Sung Joo, pursuing her doctoral degree at Seoul National University.
